The Breakfast of Champions
Going through the pockets on a sweatshirt I found a receipt, from WaWa — 3 Bagel-Cheese-Sausage sandwiches, A One Liter Diet Coke, and two Chunky bars - the timestamp reads clear as day 3:27am. Clearly — I have no one to blame for me being unhealthy but myself, it’s not feasible I shared one on these sandwiches with anyone at that hour, it’s more than likely at least one of them never made it home. That was breakfast 2 months ago. Estimated calories: 9 billion / 8 billion calories from fat
Breakfast today:
- 1/3 cup of light & fit yogurt
- 1/3 cup of grapenuts
- 1 genetically modified banana
- 1 Diet Snapple Rasberry Ice Tea
Estimated calories: 285[ish] / 10 calories from fat / total carbs 35g
So it’s a minor lifestyle change, do I miss the Bagle McHeartAttack sandwiches?, occassionally, I’d be lying if I said it was easy to change your life overnight, staying out of WaWa helps, but the key is just deprioritizing food (at least for now). And honestly the grapenuts stirred into the yogurt is tasty and has a nifty mouthfeel, do yourself a favor and try it.
