As soon as my ribs stop hurting from all of the laughing (by the way, love your T-shirt) I will 'call' Comcast Customer Service, no, on second thought, I don't think I will ever call Comcast again until I cancel their pathetic service. Don't even get me started on their so called "technicians"...
One would think that with all of the negative publicity Comcast receives, they would at the very least make some type of a public statement...Oh, no, not Comcast, they are never at fault.
Just the sight of one of their vehicles makes me want to rip out my cable.

Same issues as most and same run around from comcast even after admitting its the area why there is problem(at least two technicians admitted to it). I have had 4 technicians, over 20 calls to comcast customer service I am so frustrated I want to just scream. I would go to a different server if there was one in Antelope, CA. Sacramento county comcast have killed my insides trying to say its my router umm sorry i bought a brand new linksys N home router. Then its my xbox bought the cooler and called xbox live, then it was my brand new laptop HP windows 7 computer nope sorry dummies not that either. Oh its the area yea i know thanks.... from 6 PM to 10 PM everyday the connection sucks drops every 2 mins or less. Oh Well I give up until i move out of this area I cant do a dang thing lets start a petition or something against comcast bullies.....

I two have been having issues, I have a bundle with them, as I live in the mountains & that's all there is up here. I was getting dropped connections on the internet for yrs. They finally sent a guy out who knew what he was doing, after two of us literally getting in their face about it after yrs or calling them, buying a new router, getting a new modem, box, splitter, blah blah blah. Now it's my phone, I've bought a new battery (not cheap) and my call is still dropping in the middle of many of them. I was told the cables are old up here. How old is old? Cable up here isn't even that old. Talking to ppl at comcast is like telling your teen to take out the garbage, an argument. I've done it so often I dread it. I'm sorry I have nothing to offer that will help. I only know that I won't let them tell me to unplug the modem & blah blah blah. That and ask for a real tech to come out. Not that that helped this situation, but he at least found an old cable that no longer worked properly. They need to spend a bit of that gold mine I send them yearly on upgrades. If you're going to be a monopoly you should at least maintain the product.

I've had the same connection drops and modem resets as many here have, and looking at the signal stats for my very young modem, it's no wonder. Temperature affects cable, and CC should know this. While writing this post, I lost my connection. With temps in the upper 90's to 100, no surprise there. Why does CC basically ignore any implications that the problem is theirs? Thanks to our legislators, CC is the sole cable provider in many locations! They should change "comcastcares" to "comcast-doesn't-HAVE-to-care...where ya' gonna go?"

My other issue with Comcast's cheapness is that they re-use the same defective equipment they take from one customer and install it in another customer's home. I can get higher connection speeds by using my Dynex wireless router (that I purchased)connection rather then my direct cable connection through the Arris Touchstone router that Comcast supplied me...btw the third router that they replaced in a year....crap crap crapcast!!!!!!!!
