Yet More Comcast Pain
So after all the drama, the complaints, the satisfaction, the shirts - we’re straight back to complaint - seems I no longer get hi-def channels on my upstairs TV, at least on one of the two Cable Cards, because it was checked before they left, but obviously NOT that well. More on this after my call to comcast in the morning.
so how could you be happy if everything was working well… that would just be strange ;-)
I had a ton of issues with comcast and my cable modem! Finally after 5 years I got someone with a clue to come out. They replaced the wiring in from the street to my house which helped with the strength and they ended up replacing the modem too. Now everything works fine. :-) Except if I go to an HD channel on my box I can’t access the menu to change the channel unless I go back to a non-HD channel. BTW I love the shirt.
